Woodlands Custom Structures builds custom homes and cottages across Northern Ontario — properties defined by their setting, their materials, and the quality of their construction. We partnered with them to document their work across five builds, producing ground-based photo and video that captures both the design detail and the landscape each property sits within.

For a custom builder, the portfolio is everything. Prospective clients are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and they need to be able to visualise the quality of what they're commissioning before a single board is cut. Each build received a full-length property video alongside social-focused edits, plus a full photography library — versatile content that works across proposals, website, and social channels.

The content gives Woodlands a polished, professional portfolio that reflects the standard of their builds and makes the decision to reach out an easier one.
