Thala Beach Nature Reserve is an eco resort on Queensland's Captain Cook Highway — nestled between the Coral Sea and the Daintree Rainforest, defined by the harmony between its built environment and the natural landscape surrounding it. While visiting, we captured a series of images focused on the wildlife, the coastal light, the texture of the forest, and the quiet atmosphere that makes the property a destination rather than just a place to stay.

We shared the work with the reserve and they asked to use it — the images found their way onto their social platforms. Sometimes the best creative work happens organically.
